By accessing or using the CricSports app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

2. Use of the Service

CricSports provides cricket scoring, tournament management, statistics, and live streaming features. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, this service by any third party.

3. Live Streaming & YouTube

When you go live, your camera feed, microphone, and real-time scoreboard overlay may be broadcast publicly through YouTube Live. You are solely responsible for the content you stream and confirm that you have the necessary rights and consent to broadcast any individuals, venues, or material shown. CricSports is not responsible for the content of user-generated live broadcasts.

By using CricSports' live streaming feature, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of YouTube through CricSports is subject to Google's Terms of Service as applicable to YouTube API Services.

4. Accounts & User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep this information updated.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the platform to: violate any applicable law, transmit abusive or harmful content, infringe intellectual property rights, impersonate others, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, its servers, or connected systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and features provided by CricSports are the property of CricSports and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

CricSports is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CricSports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or interruption of live broadcasts.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or misuse the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
